Data Recovery Group

Data Recovery Group offers data recovery from damaged or failed hard drives for individuals, businesses, and enterprise-level corporations. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consumer Electronics, Email, Linux and Operating Systems, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Data Recovery Group is based in Southfield, Michigan and founded in 1986. More on datarecoverygroup.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
