Red Crackle

Red Crackle is a Drupal development company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company delivers Drupal solutions across the USA. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Red Crackle is based in Sunnyvale, California and around since 2012. Their site is redcrackle.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
