Tech 2020 Solutions

Tech 2020 Solutions is a technology and integration company that offers VoIP, network security, data backup, and recovery services. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Network Security and VoIP, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Tech 2020 Solutions is based in Melville, New York and around since 1998. Their site is tech2020solutions.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
