Market Dimensions

Market Dimensions offers payroll processing services and HR information systems. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Human Resources. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Market Dimensions is based in Rockford, Illinois. Their site is marketd.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Market Dimensions? Rate it.
