Blueportal

Blueportal provides SaaS development, API development, and UI/UX design services. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list UX Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Blueportal is based in New York, New York and founded in 2014. Their site is blueportal.io.
