Collective Idea

World-class software development. That is the short version of Collective Idea. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

It makes the most sense for teams that want fewer tools. They also list Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Collective Idea is based in Holland, Michigan and around since 2005. More on collectiveidea.com.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Collective Idea well, your review carries weight here.
