CLOUDCAST

Here is CLOUDCAST in plain terms. Patented Edge or Fog computing p2p mesh network for live steaming media & commerce . Put simply, it is about running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. Alongside the main category they mention Big Data, Cloud Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, E-Commerce and E-Commerce Platforms. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CLOUDCAST is based in Seattle, Washington and founded in 2000. More on cloudcast.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with CLOUDCAST, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
