Formsio

Here is Formsio in plain terms. Document generation and electronic signature software. In practice that means getting documents signed legally without printing anything.

Who is it for? Mostly anyone who sends contracts. Alongside the main category they mention Document Management, Document Preparation, E-Signature and Mobile Apps. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Formsio is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. More on formsio.com.

Before you commit, look at audit trails, templates, and per-envelope pricing. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Formsio, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
