Efficia Technology

Efficia Technology Inc. offers backup and disaster recovery solutions to protect business data. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

It makes the most sense for IT departments. Related areas on their profile: Cyber Security and IT Infrastructure. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Efficia Technology is based in Orlando, Florida. More on efficiatech.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Efficia Technology, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
