Bayside Consultants

Bayside Consultants is a management consulting company that provides business strategy and technology consulting services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Management Consulting and Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Bayside Consultants is based in Avon Lake, Ohio. Their site is baysideenterprises.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
