EMF Industries

EMF Industries provides IT program management, software development, and business transformation services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EMF Industries is based in Falls Church, Virginia and around since 2012. Their site is emfindustries.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with EMF Industries, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
