Synergy Innovative Solutions

Synergy Innovative Solutions specializes in network design, planning, implementation, and support. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Hardware. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Synergy Innovative Solutions is based in West Chester, Pennsylvania and around since 1998. Their site is synergyfirst.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Synergy Innovative Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
