Groqit

Groqit sells a unique Personal Inventory Management System for collectors aimed at eliminating duplicate purchases. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Groqit is based in Willamina, Oregon. Their site is groqit.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
