Elovate

Elovate is an Automated traffic enforcement solutions company. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Public Safety, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Elovate is based in Baltimore, Maryland. Their site is elovate.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Elovate, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
