Eve

Eve provides easy access tools for non-programmers to develop computational programs, websites, databases, etc. The job it does: publishing, securing and monitoring APIs.

Who is it for? Mostly platform and developer teams. They also list Developer APIs, Developer Tools, iOS and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Eve is based in Headquarters, Idaho. You can read more at witheve.com.

Things worth asking about: gateway features, documentation tooling, and rate limiting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
