The KSC Group

The KSC Group is a consulting firm that offers property management, accounting, document management, training and software solution. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development, Document Management and Property Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

The KSC Group is based in Dallas, Texas. Their site is thekscgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
