ThisLife

ThisLife is a cloud-based image storing site that protects and organizes users' photos and videos in their own private archive in the cloud. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Computing, File Sharing, Photography, Privacy and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very large team, 5,000+ people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

ThisLife is based in Palo Alto, California and founded in 2010. You can read more at thislife.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ThisLife, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
