Coolan is bringing crowdsourced, predictive analytics to the data center. The job it does: replacing internal email with channels and direct messages.

Who is it for? Mostly every team. They also list Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Infrastructure, Messaging and Predictive Analytics, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
