Freedom Robotics

Freedom Robotics is a software company that creates powerful control and monitoring software for modern robotics companies. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Artificial Intelligence (AI), IT Infrastructure and Robotics. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Freedom Robotics is based in San Francisco, California. You can read more at freedomrobotics.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Freedom Robotics, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
