West Corporation

West Corp is a provider of technology-driven, voice-oriented solutions. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. Alongside the main category they mention Collaboration and Telecommunications. As a very large product team themselves (5,000+ people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. At that size expect formal onboarding, documentation and a longer sales cycle.

West Corporation is based in Omaha, Nebraska and around since 1986. You can read more at west.com.

Things worth asking about: automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with West Corporation, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
