ERP Experts

ERP Experts is an ERP consultancy that specializes in SAP implementations, extensions, and support services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Technical Support. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ERP Experts is based in Houston, Texas and around since 2011. Their site is erpexp.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
