benchprep

BenchPrep offers a learner success platform to improve engagement and outcomes for learners. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. Related areas on their profile: Android, Education, iOS, Skill Assessment and Test and Measurement. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

benchprep is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2010. More on benchprep.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
