Simplex Services

Simplex Services is a software consulting company that offers automation solutions, takeoff, and estimating services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Industrial Automation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Simplex Services is based in Miami, Florida. You can read more at simplexserv.com.
