Robot Workshop

Real Estate Technology Solutions. That is the short version of Robot Workshop. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

It makes the most sense for property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Lifestyle, Real Estate and Search Engine. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Robot Workshop is based in North Charleston, South Carolina. You can read more at robot-workshop.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
