Mentis

Mentis is a software company that provides enterprise requirements planning, business process analysis, and implementation services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Software Engineering and Technical Support. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mentis is based in Morristown, New Jersey. You can read more at mentisllc.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Mentis? Rate it.
