ASGTek

ASGTek provides ERP consulting services, project planning, implementation and training, and project management. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Project Management and Training. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ASGTek is based in Frankfort, Michigan. Their site is asgtek.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know ASGTek well, your review carries weight here.
