StrongLoop

StrongLoop develops application programming interface (API) tiers for connecting enterprise data to devices and browsers using Node.js. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Logistics and Training. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

StrongLoop is based in San Mateo, California. You can read more at strongloop.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
