CBR Technology

CBR Technology is an IT firm that provides business management solutions such as AL programming, digitalization, and training. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Information Systems and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

CBR Technology is based in Huntington Beach, California. Their site is cbrtechnology.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
