ekkoo

Here is ekkoo in plain terms. Cruzio Internet is a provider of internet and technology services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Telecommunications. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ekkoo is based in Santa Cruz, California and around since 1989. More on cruzio.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with ekkoo, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
