Velocity Infotech

Velocity Infotech provides quality IT services and integrated solutions for the global IT business. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT Infrastructure, IT Management and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Velocity Infotech is based in Irving, Texas. Their site is velocityinfotech.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Velocity Infotech, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
