TorqueNet

TorqueNet is an IT company that offers computer support, data backups, email setup, and support services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Email, IT Infrastructure, Network Security and Software Engineering. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TorqueNet is based in Satellite Beach, Florida. More on torquenet.net.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know TorqueNet well, your review carries weight here.
