Dotcommerce Impex

Dotcommerce Impex is a software and gateway technology firm that provides merchants solutions, POS, and e-commerce processing services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: E-Commerce, Financial Services, Payments and Point of Sale. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Dotcommerce Impex is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Their site is dotassure.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
