Limbtec

Limbtec Specializes in offering excellent technology-based applications for small to medium-sized enterprises & solutions for home users. In practice that means handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

The natural audience is IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Consulting, IT Management and Network Security. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Limbtec is based in Plymouth, Minnesota. Their site is limbtec.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
