RGB Projects

RGB Projects offers IT services and solutions for ECM, BPM, cloud content and ACM for utility, healthcare, finance and government sectors. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Content. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RGB Projects is based in Beverly Hills, California. Their site is rgbprojects.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know RGB Projects well, your review carries weight here.
