Trox

Trox is an education technology firm that offers health, AV, computing, remote and collaborative learning solutions, software and services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention EdTech. They are a large team, 501 to 1,000 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Trox is based in Phoenix, Arizona. You can read more at trox.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
