Vivaran IT Solutions

Vivaran IT Solutions is a consulting firm that provides software and recruiting services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Vivaran IT Solutions is based in Flemington, New Jersey. More on vivaranit.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Vivaran IT Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
