Velocity Technology Solutions

Velocity hosts ERP software and related applications for companies within its virtual private cloud environment. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, IaaS, Private Cloud, Security and Web Hosting. As a large company team themselves (501 to 1,000 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Bigger vendor, more process. Budget time for procurement.

Velocity Technology Solutions is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and around since 2003. More on velocitycloud.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
