Maple Tech Systems

Maple Tech Systems offers software, IT application development, IT infrastructure, business analytics, and engineering consulting solutions. The job it does: handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, IT Infrastructure and Quality Assurance. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Maple Tech Systems is based in Livonia, Michigan and around since 2005. You can read more at mapletechs.com.

Before you commit, look at self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
