ayData Management

ayData Management provides NDT solutions for DICONDE images and information that improve workplace efficiency and drive down costs. In practice that means running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

It makes the most sense for developers and businesses of every size. They also list Cloud Management, Data Management, Data Storage and Image Recognition, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ayData Management is based in Rochester, New York and founded in 2013. You can read more at aydatamanagement.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
