ASA Solutions

ASA Solutions is a technical services company specializing in IVR application development solutions. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ASA Solutions is based in Phoenix, Arizona and founded in 1994. More on asasolutions.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used ASA Solutions? Rate it.
