MusicianLink

MusicianLink is a producer of online audio and video tools for musicians. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Hardware and Music. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MusicianLink is based in San Jose, California and around since 2007. Their site is musicianlink.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with MusicianLink, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
