SoftTouch Technologies

SoftTouch Technologies is an Industrial Automation Solutions. The job it does: connecting machines, sensors and robots to software that controls or monitors them.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and operators. They also list Industrial and Industrial Automation, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

SoftTouch Technologies is based in Dallas, Texas and around since 2018. Their site is softtouchtechnologies.net.

Things worth asking about: hardware compatibility, uptime, and support. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
