Eagle Eye IT

Eagle Eye IT is a software company that offers IP camera systems, cloud hosting, hosted VOIP & managed services for business and healthcare. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Security and IT Infrastructure, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Eagle Eye IT is based in Summerville, South Carolina and around since 2013. You can read more at eagleyeit.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Eagle Eye IT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
