Three Cents

Three Cents is an iPhone application that enables its users to quickly create polls and gather opinions from anyone. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Android and Mobile. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Three Cents is based in Denver, Colorado and around since 2013. Their site is threecentsapp.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
