dark writer

Here is dark writer in plain terms. 2nd Watch is an AWS Premier Partner and a Microsoft Azure Gold Partner that provides consulting and managed cloud services to enterprises. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Cloud Infrastructure, IaaS and Telecommunications, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

dark writer is based in Seattle, Washington and around since 2010. More on 2ndwatch.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with dark writer, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
