Intrepid Agency

Intrepid Agency focus on helping companies tell their stories and connecting them with their target audiences. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Advertising and Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Intrepid Agency is based in Salt Lake City, Utah and around since 1995. Their site is intrepidagency.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
