Swingbyte

Swingbyte is a digital swing analyzer that wirelessly transmits real-time swing data and interactive 3-D imagery to iOS and Android devices. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consumer Electronics, Real Time and Wireless. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Swingbyte is based in Chicago, Illinois and around since 2010. You can read more at swingbyte.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Swingbyte, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
