Privacyware

Privacyware provides IT and software solutions in IT security, enterprise messaging, analytics and custom software development. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Security. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Privacyware is based in New Albany, Ohio. Their site is pwicorp.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used Privacyware? Rate it.
