Applied Intelligent Systems

Applied Intelligent Systems is an information technology company that provides ERP, SAP, and software development services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Applied Intelligent Systems is based in Manhattan, New York. More on appliedintelligentsystems.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
