Somanco

Somanco is a solutions management company that offers consulting services and software solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Management Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Somanco is based in Redmond, Washington. You can read more at somanco.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Somanco, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
